Michael Varney... (Managing Director): Over 25 years experience.

In 1974 my father Robin Varney started Endeavour Pool Care as a one man show. Over the years I have gained a lot of hands on experience from sweeping the floors, packing chemicals, repairing pumps and on site service work to running 4 shops, 3 service vans and 17 staff. Proswim was created in 1999 and has been developed into a successful business over the last 10 years.

Barry O'Hara... (Service Technician): Over 20 years experience.

A plumber by trade Barry has seen just about every pool problem known to man.

Irene O'Hara... (Shop Assistant): Over 10 years experience.

Irene is Barry's wife and has extensive experience in water chemistry and general pool problem solving.

Brendan McCarthy... (Service Technician): Over 8 years experience.

Brendan has proven himself as a valuable addition to our team.
